i love this location at intl terminal. i love it bc the ladies in pink with their working smiles are also human being working for a living while ur traveling with ur loved ones. i stick to a few item that are staples and eat light when travel long distance. this is an airport loc and not your fav take out joint so yes u will have to let the credit card out of your wallet peeps. traveling for work? ok write it off. if not pack some veggies or slide down to joe the juice and spend even more money.
ps my fav curry over tonkatsu. happy trails! -

We had a bite at Tomokazu before our very long flight to Sydney. It was "just ok" IMO and you can likely do better.
The interior is clean and very inviting with minimalist decor, lots of light wood and low chairs. You can get Japanese curries (not spicy), sushi or noodle soups. I opted for a curry and it was a LOT of food, especially for the price. Unfortunately the meat was so fatty and gristly I ended up leaving 80% and just eating the curry sauce and rice.
The prices are very reasonable especially for an airport but the good quality is low. I'd pass on this place. -

I spent $30 on sushi, sashimi and beer here tonight. Waiting for a flight. Asked if they could fill my water bottle with cold water and they have the nerve to point me to the water faucet across the way by the restrooms. I just bought a meal at your establishment, the least you can do is give me water, especially since there is a pitcher of cold water specifically for customers at the back counter behind the register. When I pointed this out she rudely said give me a minute but never brought the water.
Adding insult, the other cashier/server just filled another guys water bottle for him with a smile.... -

Not sure what all the commotion is here. Folks keep those expectations in check for airport food. You sure can't compare this to Ipuudo or Ivan ramen but it's not too bad for airport ramen! Ask yourself would you rather eat a pre wrapped sandwich from the day before? Or a cooler prepped salad? Sure the house ramen flavour is not too complex but it's totally palatable and the soup came out piping hot and decent flavour. Noodles were chewy and serving was hearty. Ordering is simple and easy. Head up to the counter order up what you want from the menu and they give you a buzzer. Then they call you when your food is ready. I ate at the counter and meal was to my expectation. Would I come back when in SFO again? Sure why not?

While walking around the airport, I wanted Asian food and this was one of the few places that caught my attention. The interior was very clean and pretty.
I ordered the $12.50 Nabetaki Udon and $13.50 House Ramen. The udon had 1 shrimp, 2 pieces of salmon, 1 fish cake, 1 crab stick, half an egg, and Napa lettuce. I would say the dish had a lot of toppings and the udon noodle was cooked well. The only thing I did not like about it was the broth. It was extremely bland; there is no flavor to it. As for presentation, the udon dish does look pretty, lol.
As for the ramen dish, everything was good but the broth. :/
They do have other selections like rice bowls or sushi. Their appetizers consist of gyoza, seaweed, tempura, salad, edamame, and grilled squid.
